Question:

What if I register but one of my clients doesn’t?

Answer:

You can still monitor your clients’ policies on Wealth Interactive, regardless of whether they register themselves. However, we have designed Wealth Interactive to enhance the adviser/client relationship, and allow you to work closer together. If some of your clients don’t register, you will have to continue to use traditional methods of communication with them, and you won’t benefit from all the efficiencies the service brings you – ie seamless communication between the adviser and client extranets – so it’s a good idea for you to encourage your clients to register.
