How do I register for Wealth Interactive?


To set up your Wealth Interactive account, your firm must be registered for the service. Individual advisers cannot register without your firm being registered first.

Your firm will need to appoint a 'Master User' who will be responsible for setting up all other users within your firm with the appropriate level of access for their individual role. It's therefore important that the Master User is a person who has a thorough understanding of your business.

Your dedicated e-business specialist will then work with your firm to set up all of the user roles within the firm. If you want to let us know who your Master User will be, you can complete the online Master User registration form.

Once the Master User is appointed, they can then set up all of the user roles within the firm.

This will trigger an email that will be sent to each user, asking them to register for their online service account. The email will contain a unique registration reference number which is valid for 30 days. If the user doesn't register within this time, then the reference number will expire and they will need to contact us in order for a new email and reference number to be sent.
