Wealth Interactive switchover Q&A

On 28 October 2014, we switched across all existing Portfolio Bond policies from our previous administration system to Wealth Interactive. This means you now have access to all your clients’ Portfolio Bond policies in one place.

Wealth Interactive will record information on all policies that were switched across, as of 28 October 2014.

On 23 October 2014, Old Mutual International systems were frozen for Portfolio Bonds. This means that the last quarterly valuation statement and policy information up to that date won’t be on Wealth Interactive but can still be found on Insite (the Old Mutual International extranet).

The Old Mutual International extranet sites continue to be available for our non-Portfolio Bond products.

You’ll need to be registered to start using Wealth Interactive. If you’re not already registered, you can start the process here.

This Q&A answers some of the questions you may have about the switchover to Wealth Interactive.

If you have a question about the Wealth Interactive switchover which isn’t covered here, please let us know by submitting it here.
