Administration system switchover

On 25 and 26 October 2014, we will be moving all existing Portfolio Bonds onto the a new administration system.

Our normal business processes for all policies will be affected on Friday 24 October through to Monday 27 October 2014, and for Portfolio Bonds only, through to Tuesday 28 October 2014. You may experience delays in our response times during this period.

Access to the Client Centre will be unaffected, though all Portfolio Bond data will be frozen as at Thursday 28 October. If you are a Portfolio Bond client and would like access to the new client extranet, please contact your financial adviser.
