Requests for policy information

Stage Description Comments
1.

Send your request to Old Mutual. There is no form necessary for this. A signed letter is all that is required, or email us.

Alternatively, you can call our International Help Desk on +44 1481 700450.

Requests can be for information on the type of policy, statements of account, dates policy began etc.

Mark for the attention of the International Help Desk.

Ensure the policy number/s are clearly shown.

All policy owners must sign the request.

Old Mutual will check the policy file and the information held on the system in order to answer the queries raised. A letter will be sent to you detailing the information.

Our standard turnaround is 2 - 5 working days from receipt.

This information is often requested by your Financial Adviser, especially where a change in the adviser has taken place. In these instances, we will respond to your adviser.
