Question:

Will I be advised if my client requests online access?

Answer:

If you have online access, you will be able to see from the client’s record if they have signed in to their online account, how many times within the last 30 days and the date they last signed in.  If you do not have online access, your local Old Mutual International office will be able to advise you if a particular client has registered.
