Your clients will be able to register and use Wealth Interactive, even if you don’t. However, Wealth Interactive is designed to support the adviser/client relationship, so your client will not benefit from the full range of the service if you /your firm don’t register. For example, through Wealth Interactive, you can request online client approval for any action you want to take. Likewise, if you do not register for Wealth Interactive but your client does, you will not benefit from the immediate alert facility, which will tell you if they take any action on their policy, such as a surrender request.
