New Key Information Documents (KIDs)
From 1 January 2018, when recommending an Old Mutual International portfolio bond to your clients resident in the EU/EEA, you will need to provide them with the following:
- A Key Information Document (KID) in relation to the portfolio bond.
The Old Mutual International portfolio bonds KIDs will be available in both English and in one of the official languages of the country we are making the bond available in.
- A Key Information Document (KID) for each underlying funds recommended within the portfolio bond.
You can provide UCITS Key Investor Information Document (KIID) until 31 December 2019 instead of a KID. The KIDs/KIIDs for the individual funds will be available through Wealth Interactive, our end-to-end wealth management service. Alternatively you can access them directly from the fund managers or from external data providers such as Funds Library or Morningstar.
